· How to book a party

Use our contact us page to send us a message with the date, time, location, package and character wanted, we aim to send a reply within 24 hours.

 

· How much do you charge

Please see our prices & packages page for full details on prices,

 

· Where are you based/ how far do you travel

We are based in Street, Somerset but we cover all of  Somerset, Bristol, Bath, Devon, Dorset and Wiltshire, please note there is a small charge of £1 per mile outside of our 20 mile radius.So for example if you are wanting a 1 hour party and your are 30 miles away there would be an additional cost of £10

 

· What do we provide

We provide everything listed in the package of your choice, this includes only 1 character which will be the princess in the photos, we never send anyone one else. You will need to supply the venue, food/cake and party bags. We also send a companion who collects any monies due, they play the music and make sure your party runs smoothly.

 

· Cancelling a party

We understand that occasionally parties may need to be cancelled. We are happy to allow you do reschedule the party as long as we have availability for your new chosen date. We can hold your deposit for up to 12 months , however you will lose your deposit if you decide not to reschedule and cancel completely.

 

· Pass the Parcel

Pass the parcel is themed to the character of your choice and will have enough layers for every child to open a layer and receive a small gift, birthday child will win the final layer with a themed gift. For example if you tell us there will be 15 children there will be 15 layers.

 

· Crafting

We provide all materials to make a crown or superhero mask for each child at your party, this includes the shaped crown or mask , colouring pencils, pens, crayons, stick on gems and flowers, there is no mess from glue etc.

 

· Do you have insurance and are you DBS checked

Yes we are fully insured and have been DBS checked,.

 

· How many children can I invite

The maximum amount of children is 20. If you would like to invite more children we will need to charge you an additional £2 per child, this is to cover costs of extra materials. If you plan on having a party with larger numbers than 20 please get in touch to ask.

 

· What happens if my guests arrive late, can you wait ?

We can only attend for the times you book for, we cannot stay later as we often have other bookings on that day, if your guests arrive late it is recommended that they join in when they arrive.

 

· Party character disclaimer

All of our princesses are based on storybook fairytales and fables, we do not claim to be associated with any copyrighted or name brand characters as we do not wish to violate or infringe any copyright laws. Resemblance between the entertainer and copyrighted characters is purely coincidental. All clients booking Premier Princess Parties must accept that we are not associated with any Walt Disney Trademark characters.
